Two people, one office in Kadavanthra
Thekkath Property Advisors started in 2014 when Anitha T. left a bank's home-loan team after seeing too many families sign for flats with incomplete approvals. Varghese P. joined two years later after fifteen years as a site engineer with builders around Kochi.
We are deliberately small. We take on a limited number of listings, visit every one ourselves, and check documents before a property goes on this website. If something doesn't add up, we say so, even if it costs us the deal.
Most of our work comes from referrals: families who bought through us coming back to sell, and NRI clients passing our number to relatives in the Gulf, the UK and Canada.

Civil engineer with fifteen years on construction sites. Checks structure, plumbing and approvals on every listing.

We visit everything we list
No listing goes up without a site visit, measurements and photos taken by us.
Documents first
Title deed, encumbrance certificate, tax receipts and building permit are reviewed before we show a property.
Fees in writing
1% for buyers, 2% for sellers, one month's rent for rentals. Agreed on day one, no surprises at registration.
No pressure
If a property isn't right for you, we will tell you, and keep looking.
